Weekly cardio workout to an 80's and 90's playlist to get the endorphins flowing! We work on the step for 35 minutes and finish up with core/upper body movements.

I have been to a lot of PT programmes over the years, and honestly I think Rachel was the first one to ask me what I enjoy and what I don't. Such a refreshing way to look at health. She wants it to be enjoyable. She wants it to be sustainable. Rachel really helped me to move away from all or nothing thoughts to the idea that it's building sustainable habits over time. Some weeks it won't be great and that's OK, life happens. There's no strict regimes, she truly listens with compassion. Rachel really changed how I looked at exercising once I realised it was about having fun and actually being able to say I like this, I can't do that, and feeling empowered to share my experiences and become a driver of my own journey.
