Postnatal Exercise Classes
These postnatal exercise classes are available face to face and online, to cater for the individual needs of the client.Tickets will be available online and classes will be announced on social media channels.
Expert led post natal classes to help new mums recover, nourish their bodies, make new friends and return to exercise safely.
The Mums and Cubs (Post Natal Exercise Classes in Nenagh) classes provide a space for new mums to enjoy a fun and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
Classes will run for 8 weeks and clients will receive access to a private WhatsApp group to chat and support one another.
Pre-recorded classes will be available free of charge for those who wish to take part more than once per week from the comfort of home.
No biometric data will be collected or recorded.
In week 1 we will have a quick meet and greet and a movement screen will be performed for each individual to ensure exercises can be performed safely.
The 8 weeks program will focus on pelvic floor health and will teach you the importance of warming up and cooling down effectively.
Classes will be of low intensity, using light weights to reintroduce you back into the gym safely and establish baseline fitness levels.
On sign up, you will receive an email containing some simple nutritional considerations for this life stage and nourishing recipe ideas.
Cubs in buggies are most welcome :)
This course is designed for women 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum, **(12 weeks onwards following c-section or complicated birth)*
