Build your aerobic capacity, strength, coordination and balance in fun step classes with great music from the 80's and 90's
Enjoy 35 minutes on the step followed by 10 minutes of core work.

I do weekly boxercise classes with Rachel! The workout is varied and suits all abilities. The whole body gets a workout due to the moves she incorporates. As well as that Rachel organises regular social gatherings outside the class for people. It makes it a lot easier to get out and get moving and is great for people new to the area or someone who wants to try something new whether with a friend for on their own.
Overall, it's great affordable workouts in a really friendly and accepting environment! I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.
