Enjoy 35 minutes on the step followed by 10 minutes of core work.

I recently had the support of Rachel re my ever changing symptoms and challenges of menopause. The support I received was that of understanding, compassion and practical suggestions. Rachel's understanding of the physical and emotional changes were evident and with this understanding she provided some easy to implement steps in the right direction with the offer of follow up support when needed.
