Varied in person fitness available for all fitness levels, from bootcamps to kettlebells and beyond, a fun, supportive and inclusive environment is at the heart of all classes offered.
A variety of classes are available and new classes are always under development to be run in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary and surrounding areas.
Newcomers and seasoned exercisers alike are welcome in all classes and class sizes are kept small and allow for individual attention, when necessary, throughout the class.

The regular customers are what keep these classes so fantastic! Everyone was a beginner once and all classes here are a judgement free, safe space to enjoy movement and reap the physical and mental health rewards, all while mingling with new people and having a laugh!
In Person Fitness Classes Reviews
I do weekly boxercise classes with Rachel! The workout is varied and suits all abilities. The whole body gets a workout due to the moves she incorporates. As well as that Rachel organises regular social gatherings outside the class for people. It makes it a lot easier to get out and get moving and is great for people new to the area or someone who wants to try something new whether with a friend for on their own.
Overall, it's great affordable workouts in a really friendly and accepting environment! I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.
