In my 1:1 services and small group coaching, I work with busy women! I help women build strength, improve their health, and feel capable again — with realistic goals and a few chats along the way! As a qualified Health Coach, I can help you achieve better health and wellbeing through individualised goal setting and regular check-ins to support you on your journey.
So many women come to me saying the same thing, “I need time for me” Between work, children, and everything else, finding time to care for yourself can feel impossible.
At Brown Bear Wellness, I work with busy mums, women with pelvic floor symptoms, and women going through menopause to help them move well, eat well, and feel strong. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored for real lives, not unrealistic routines or fad programs.

As a Health Coach, I focus on the key lifestyle factors that shape your overall well-being, such as sleep, diet, stress, movement, and relationships. With my background in Health Coaching (Diploma in Health Coaching), Food Science (M.Sc. in Food Science Nutrition & Health), and as an Accredited Personal Trainer, I am equipped to listen, support, and guide you toward lasting, positive lifestyle changes.
My personalised health coaching packages are tailored to help you become the best version of yourself. We will work together to address your health goals, from improving your diet and digestion to managing stress and enhancing sleep quality.
Health is about more than just food; it’s about nurturing your body, spirit, and emotions in harmony. I will support you in making sustainable changes, advising on wholesome ingredients, meal planning, and empowering you to take control of your well-being, so you can feel your best inside and out.

One 1:1 meeting lasting up to 90 minutes
Optional follow-up phone call (Maximum of 20 minutes)
A personal Coaching plan with supporting resources and links to further reading materials where appropriate

3 coaching sessions over a 4-6 week period
A first session lasting up to 90 minutes
A personal Coaching plan with supporting resources and links to further reading materials where appropriate
2nd and 3rd sessions (lasting a maximum of 60 minutes). These meetings will provide an opportunity to review goals, track progress and identify and overcome challenges.
Optional follow-up phone call after 4 weeks upon completion of the last in person coaching meeting

Up to 6 coaching sessions over a 2-6 month period
A first session lasting up to 90 minutes
A personal Coaching plan with supporting resources and links to further reading materials where appropriate
Up to 5 subsequent sessions (lasting a maximum of 60 minutes). These meetings will provide an opportunity to review goals, track progress and identify and overcome challenges.
Weekly email support and check-ins available
Optional follow-up phone call after 4 weeks upon completion of the last in person coaching meeting
