Even though I had done my research I didnt realise all of the symptoms of perimenopause. The nutriton part was excellent, even just being in the forum where there was chat on the subject!!!

Great instructor-friendly and approachable. Her classes are well structured and physicallly challenging, however she was always able to advise on adaptations or alternative exercises if required. I have already booked myself in for further classes in summer!
