I recently did post partum workouts with Rachel and loved them.. the classes were excellent, as Rachel takes a differentiated approach with everyone returning to exercise and she tailored the class based on needs, strengths and fitness levels. Her classes were really informative and there was a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere at them too - I would highly recommend!

The classes were great and it was so nice to be in an exercise environment where everyone is in the same position with no judgement from Rachel. I've been using the exercise plans to improve my fitness during menopause for a number of months, and I can't recommend Rachel enough. Tailor made gym sessions has taken pressure off me to work out how to meet my fitness goals which helps me fit in more gym sessions. The app helps me track my progression and achievements. Supports from Brown Bear Wellness has helped me focus on what my body needs during menopause transition

I attended the mother and baby {classes} and found it a really inspirational and safe way to recover and rehabilitate my body after the birth of my child. Rachel very kindly does gym programmes for me which I do myself-her programmes are varied, challenging and keep me motivated to stay fit.

I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.

I do weekly boxercise classes with Rachel! The workout is varied and suits all abilities. The whole body gets a workout due to the moves she incorporates. As well as that Rachel organises regular social gatherings outside the class for people. It makes it a lot easier to get out and get moving and is great for people new to the area or someone who wants to try something new whether with a friend for on their own. Overall, it's great affordable workouts in a really friendly and accepting environment! I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.

I am amazed by the support I got from Rachel

I have been to a lot of PT programmes over the years, and honestly I think Rachel was the first one to ask me what I enjoy and what I don't. Such a refreshing way to look at health. She wants it to be enjoyable. She wants it to be sustainable. Rachel really helped me to move away from all or nothing thoughts to the idea that it's building sustainable habits over time. Some weeks it won't be great and that's OK, life happens. There's no strict regimes, she truly listens with compassion. Rachel really changed how I looked at exercising once I realised it was about having fun and actually being able to say I like this, I can't do that, and feeling empowered to share my experiences and become a driver of my own journey. It was lovely to work out with other moms, building confidence in myself and pushing myself to work out again. I loved the small group sizes, the venue is ideal for bringing your baby in a buggie or car seat with lots of room and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a very supportive instructor in Rachel

I recently had the support of Rachel re my ever changing symptoms and challenges of menopause. The support I received was that of understanding, compassion and practical suggestions. Great instructor-friendly and approachable. Her classes are well structured and physicallly challenging, however she was always able to advise on adaptations or alternative exercises if required. I have already booked myself in for further classes in summer!
