Lots of variety and good vibes weekly!
Get fitter, stronger and see improvement in balance and coordination while having fun.
Workout for 40 minutes and enjoy some easy mindfulness at the end of class each week to feel leaving energised and refreshed!

It was lovely to work out with other moms, building confidence in myself and pushing myself to work out again. I loved the small group sizes, the venue is ideal for bringing your baby in a buggie or car seat with lots of room and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a very supportive instructor in Rachel
