Weekly circuit/full body class using kettlebells and cardio for a full body burn!
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Lots of variety and good vibes weekly!
Get fitter, stronger and see improvement in balance and coordination while having fun.
Workout for 40 minutes and enjoy some easy mindfulness at the end of class each week to feel leaving energised and refreshed!
€10 PAYG/35 euro for a 4 class pack.
