Lots of variety and good vibes weekly!
Get fitter, stronger and see improvement in balance and coordination while having fun.
Workout for 40 minutes and enjoy some easy mindfulness at the end of class each week to feel leaving energised and refreshed!

Classes have exceeded my expectations. I always wanted to try Kettlebells but never got the chance to. I was afraid I would be Completely lost but Rachel made it so easy for me to work along with the rest of the group
