Health Coaching and Personal Training have many overlapping qualities and that’s probably how I landed in both spaces almost simultaneously! 

Both of these job titles require great communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to support people to reach their fullest potential, even when that's a push farther than they might have thought possible without a little encouragement! 

I love working with the women I coach. It brings me so much joy seeing a room full of new mums, their babies and weights in my postnatal classes..a completely safe and judgment free zone at a very important milestone for new parents. 

I equally love teaching women to lean into fuelling themselves, to see what they can pursue when they’re not underfed. This comes so often in practice, often not for asthetic reasons, but genuinely because modern life has become so busy that working mums and busy women often leave themselves until last and often don’t remember to fuel their own needs, quite literally, during the day. I love this because when we are fed and rested we are unstoppable!! 

My services offer support to busy, working professionals, new mums on their maternity leave, expecting mums and women from all walks of life. I entered this space with a burning desire to support women to understand their health and wellbeing without jargon, without pushing additonal services or products and just to support women to tune into themselves and learn how to best support their own bodies. 

I often work with recreational athletes, and this sparks so much inspiration in me! It makes me want to not only coach better, but also to perform better! We look at fuelling, recovery and goal setting. 

Your coaching sessions, if you choose to work with me, are bespoke to you. 

I am taking with me years of nursing experience, personal training, nutrition studies, health coaching. Eco rooted mindfulness and a genuine love for what I do. I have the skills to actively listen and untangle some of your thoughts to support and guide you to developing your own blueprint to achieving your own goals.

I love the follow up sessions. The increased energy, the boost in confidence and the clarity that always enters the room on the second and third meetings with my clients. Health Coaching can be a real catlyst for change and I get a kick out of watching other women thrive!

You can be sure that I will be enquiring about your rest and recovery protocols, they dont have to be fancy or expensive but they do deserve your time and attention. And if your calendar doesnt include something fun we will be working on changing that too!
