No class on BH Monday
Please also note change of schedule on week 3 with class moving from Monday to Wednesday that week due to annual leave.
Please arrive on time for week 1 to allow mums to settle in and have a meet and greet
Each group gets their own WhatsApp group chat for all things, not just exercise, and here I'll share a weekly home version for mums who want to do some extra at home weekly.

I do weekly boxercise classes with Rachel! The workout is varied and suits all abilities. The whole body gets a workout due to the moves she incorporates. As well as that Rachel organises regular social gatherings outside the class for people. It makes it a lot easier to get out and get moving and is great for people new to the area or someone who wants to try something new whether with a friend for on their own.
Overall, it's great affordable workouts in a really friendly and accepting environment! I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.
