Level 1 postnatal classes - 8 weeks with gentle progression focusing on breathing and core connection with 4 weeks of body weight exercises to begin.
Level 2postnatal Classes- 8 weeks full body cardio and core classes with modifications as required.
Mum and Me Bootcamp- mum and baby class Saturday mornings on Demand 4 week term and PAYG options available

Level 1 postnatal classes suitable for those 6 weeks post partum or 12 weeks post c-section or complicated birth. GP Clearance required before commencing classes. 8 weeks with gentle progression focusing on breathing and core connection with 4 weeks of body weight exercises to begin.
Plenty of parking and changing room available at the venue.
