Level 1 postnatal classes, suitable for those 6 weeks post-partum or 12 weeks post c-section or complicated birth. GP Clearance required before commencing classes. The term runs for 8 weeks with gentle progression focusing on breathing and core connection with 4 weeks of body weight exercises to begin.
Plenty of parking and changing room available at the venue.
Everything you require will be provided, just take plenty of water 🙂.
On sign up, you will receive a brief nutrition guide for the postnatal period.

I do weekly boxercise classes with Rachel! The workout is varied and suits all abilities. The whole body gets a workout due to the moves she incorporates. As well as that Rachel organises regular social gatherings outside the class for people. It makes it a lot easier to get out and get moving and is great for people new to the area or someone who wants to try something new whether with a friend for on their own.
Overall, it's great affordable workouts in a really friendly and accepting environment! I'd highly recommend both the evening and early morning boxercise classes.
