Bootcamp style classes : Higher impact classes with more emphasis on resistance training than my level 1 & 2 post
natal classes
Small numbers to allow mums to experience returning to regular activities without making symptoms worse.
*No Class on Easter weekend!*

I have been to a lot of PT programmes over the years, and honestly I think Rachel was the first one to ask me what I enjoy and what I don't. Such a refreshing way to look at health.
