These classes are suitable for those who have returned regular exercise and are 16 weeks-12 month pp.
These classes will involve some impact and greater focus on resistance training than my level 1 & 2 post natal classes

I recently did post partum workouts with Rachel and loved them.. the classes were excellent, as Rachel takes a differentiated approach with everyone returning to exercise and she tailored the class based on needs, strengths and fitness levels.
