I recently did post partum workouts with Rachel and loved them.. the classes were excellent, as Rachel takes a differentiated approach with everyone returning to exercise and she tailored the class based on needs, strengths and fitness levels. Her classes were really informative and there was a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere at them too - I would highly recommend!
