Post Natal fitness classes are returning to TRAIN Nenagh at various times in 2024!

Suitable for those 8 weeks post-partum, (12 weeks following C-Section or complicated birth)*

Pre-screening questionnaires and GP clearance to be provided before starting the course.

  • These classes provide a gentle return to physical activity following pregnancy

  • Exercises progress throughout the course to provide a safe and structured return to exercise

  • All fitness levels catered for

  • Babies are welcome to join in classes

All you need is yourself, a water bottle and some extra blankets for little ones, everything else including exercise mats will be provided for you each week.

The gym has toilet and shower facilities and plenty of parking space.

Classes are held on Mondays at 11am each term. Bookings must be made in advance to secure your space.
