There has never been a better time to work with a health coach. If you have been struggling to stay on track with your health and fitness goals, don't feel disheartened. As a Health Coach, I am uniquely qualified to help you feel, sleep and move better. I work one to one with clients to support their whole health and wellbeing by sharing resources, tips and recipes as appropriate to help them achieve their goals. Your unique coaching plan will contain actionable steps to achieve your goals, and you will be supported with materials and resources to keep you on track to better health and wellness.

A health coach:

  • Helps you find your ‘Why?’ – Why do want to change?
  • Provides you with motivation and gives you accountability
  • Educates, informs and supports you in a non-directive, collaborative way to make sustained and effective lifestyle changes: eating, sleeping, moving, resting etc.

I have spoken with a friend this week about the value of accreditation especially for those working in the health, fitness and wellness fields a UKIHCA-Approved and UKIHCA Registered Health Coaches are QUALIFIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS having met the UKIHCA Professional Standards for Education and Training in Health Coaching
