Quick Update on all classes through to December as I know it can be hard to keep up, and I am conscious that not everybody is on Social Media!

Pelvic Floor series is under development at the moment, This will be a once off purchase. Please bear with me as I work on it and figure out the simplest, most hassle-free delivery method! It was great to see so much interest in this!

I am also working on Website updates, so this is also taking up some time, but I hope the new site will be better than ever and easier to navigate!

Weekly Circuit / Bootcamp Style Class

Using Kettlebells/Dumbbells will continue on past summer this year in Ballycommon Hall.

Post Natal Classes

Returning to TRAIN Nenagh. Very limited spaces remaining at present (7 at the time of writing).

Expert Led postnatal series to reconnect core & Pelvic floor for new mums.

Step Aerobics Classes

These classes are now back in full swing!!! Get in the groove with 80s &90s playlists at Nenagh Leisure centre, weekly.

Enjoy an aerobic workout and some core strength! Classes are available Tuesday night with me, Rachel and Wednesday and Saturday morning with Ailish!

I am so lucky to be getting to collaborate on these classes with Ailish and share our joy of step with our very loyal customers!
