I have been to a lot of PT programmes over the years, and honestly I think Rachel was the first one to ask me what I enjoy and what I don't. Such a refreshing way to look at health. She wants it to be enjoyable. She wants it to be sustainable. Rachel really helped me to move away from all or nothing thoughts to the idea that it's building sustainable habits over time.
