Join me online for 5 sessions and gain clarity on your goals for the new year while also entering 2026 calmer and feeling more energetic

 

Each week we will cover a different topic online:

  • Nutrition and menopause
  • Exercise and menopause
  • Connection
  • Sleep
  • Goal setting
  • Each week we will also have a different mindfulness topic.

Participant numbers will be low, so early booking is advised.

Participants will also have access to a WhatsApp community where there will be access to resources, mini challenges and mindfulness prompts and activities.
