Baby yoga - 5 week bloccks of baby yoga classes to nuture mum and baby bond, mind mums wellbeing postnatally and prmotoe babys developemnt. suitable 8 weeks to pre-crawling Level 1 postnatal classes - 8 weeks with gentle progression focusing on breathing and core connection with 4 weeks of body weight exercises to begin. Level 2postnatal Classes- 8 weeks full body cardio and core classes with modifications as required. Mum and Me Bootcamp- mum and baby class Saturday mornings on Demand 4 week term and PAYG options available
