Suitable for those 16 weeks -12 months PP who have returned to regular exercise.
GP Clearance may be required
Bootcamp style classes : Higher impact classes with more emphasis on resistance training than my level 1 & 2 post
natal classes
Small numbers to allow mums to experience returning to regular activities without making symptoms worse.
Babies welcome!
Sold in 4 week blocks and PAYG options also available
