We will discuss the importance of posture, breathing, mobility and exercise for the function of the pelvic floor and practice some techniques to engage and relax these muscles, for optimal function.
Join me for 1 hour to pause and connect.
Limited to 10 persons to allow lots of time for questions and interaction.
