Level 1 postnatal classes suitable for those 6 weeks post partum or 12 weeks post c-section or complicated birth. GP Clearance required before commencing classes. 10 weeks with gentle progression focusing on breathing and core connection with 4 weeks of body weight exercises to begin.
Plenty of parking and changing room available at the venue. The gym isn't heated so advisable to take extra blankets for little ones. Everything you require will be provided just take plenty of water 🙂.

I have been to a lot of PT programmes over the years, and honestly I think Rachel was the first one to ask me what I enjoy and what I don't. Such a refreshing way to look at health.
